The new version of Aerodrome is live. This beautiful advertisement-ready theme has become very popular. It allows you to easily insert Google Adsense, Affiliate codes or ad banners. Many of you asked me to adapt it to WordPress 2.7 with its beautiful comments, give you the same nice link tabs below the header as here at TheBuckmaker.com or also provide the custom background switcher for this theme.
Aerodrome 1.0.3 has all of this and more. Here is a list of enhancements:

Im having a heck of a time trying to get my background image to repeat. I have googled my self to death so im hoping you or someone else could help me!

Love the theme, have been using aeros until now. I have a problem, when I go to edit the widgets in the right sidebar it says there are 0 widgets being used. However the editing the left sidebar is ok. The strange thing is when my page is view it does show widgets in the right tool bar. I'm a bit confussed, any suggestions?
Where are the backgrounds stored? Is it possible to upload an image of my own?

I have updated the theme but it seems that i have a problem.
On first page all is good but if a go to a post the 2 sidebars doesn`t appear on lateral they appear on the bottom of the post? can you help me ?

I just wanted to say that this theme was an absolute perfect fit for the redesign of my podcast's website (you can see it by clicking on the link on my name), and looked absolutely gorgeous with the background image I wanted to use. I had a lot of fun customizing a number of parts of this theme for my site as well. Thank you so much for your hard work on Aerodrome; I'm very lucky to have stumbled upon it.

Why am I unable to add widgets? When I try all of the widgets you added disappear. I am using WP 2.7.
@Terry: that's what wordpress is supposed to do - if you use widgets, the default widgets disappear.
Very Very cool. I am a big fan of templates, since they help most people who either cant design or are not technically inclined, if I had to rate yours I would give it an A.

Hi Joe, hope you had a great vacation. I have a problem in Firefox -- seems to be okay in Internet Explorer. My Blog entries from Jan 13 back are completely in bold. Any suggestions? My most recent entries are fine.
very cool theme. I wasnt too sure how to add adsense to it, but it sure looks great.
This theme is awesome. I had found the two column theme and found it restricted me and I went to this site hoping for some good news. And I got it! This three column theme is exactly what I was looking for as it is beautifully designed, and looks are very important for me as I am a former website designer myself.
The changeable background makes a lot of difference. I just wish you would have keept the "custom" slot which relates to custom.jpg, but that is a minor thing as I just have to overwrite another one of the backgrounds in the library.

I have two questions:
1) I have not upgraded to Aerodrome 1.0.3. I cannot get the background image to change in your previous version. It just keeps the same one, no matter what I change it to. Could the background be reading off another location besides the style.css file?
2) If this can't be fixed and I have to upgrade to 1.0.3, how do I upgrade without losing some of the simple, yet specific changes I have made to code?
