This Theme is called AeroMag and perfect for Online Magazines, Newspapers and growing or already Big Blogs.
It supports the common 125x125px ads that you'll find on all big blogs these days. Insert as many ads as you want - your Theme does the rest. If you don't want to display ads, use widgets instead. It is also possible to display 468 x 60px ads (in the header) and 300 x 250 px ads in the sidebar. Again: This is optional and no must - simply replace ad spots with widgets.
Custom Slideshow: On the right top of the sidebars, there's an easy-setup slideshow: Copy your files to a folder of the Theme, and the Theme will randomly display one of these images every time a new page is viewed.
Icons: The icons in the navigation bar are easy configurable. These are just examples - You'll find many more of them in your Theme folder, together with a step-by-step setup tutorial, setup is very easy and can be done without knowledge of HTML.
